We are the data controller at the time of contact form submissions and using our support system or ChatBot. As a data controller, we give our users rights, which are mentioned below:

Therefore, the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

The Types of Information We Collect

Our products and services collect different kinds of information, usually dependent on the type of product or service you use. It includes,

• Biographical information: such as name, date of birth, and occupation that you have provided to us or our clients.
• The geographical information, such as location, is collected with your consent. Our app collects the location information when you accept the message of collecting information by clicking on ‘OK.’
• The information about the mobile device you use to download and install our services is also collected.
• With the help of Google analytics, we analyze the collected data by using metadata. The purpose of using it is to comprehend the usage of our products and services by our customers. It helps us understand how long the screen is on and how long it takes to transfer data to us. Please note that metadata doesn’t include any personal information of the users.
• One important source of our data collection is the survey forms and questionnaires. In addition to that, we save all that information that our users provide us by entering the data in polling questions, dashboards, websites, and apps.
• We also gather and save the information that our users provided via the Chatbot.
• Other sources of our data collections include other websites that we run and our support system, which we operate for our users’ guidance.

International Transfers of Information

PremaVote is an international company that operates globally. We hire our service providers from all around the world, and we get clients from different countries. Therefore, we use cloud technology to store our users’ data; thus, your information is usually stored and transferred in a different location outside of your country or state. In this scenario, the privacy policy differs in different premises. We are restricted from sharing any data of our users outside of the European Economic Area.

We are the controller of the data that is gathered through our Site, ChatBot, or support functions; that data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates by our authorized processors, but the transfer to such processors will only be made on one of the legal bases set out below under “Transfer of personal data to third countries (outside the United Arab Emirates)” and otherwise following this policy.

Our authorized processors may manage the data collected directly by us through our ChatBot and support system in different premises outside of the UAE. The transfer of the collected data to the processors is made under the rules and regulations, which are discussed below under the heading of “Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries.”

Our clients situated outside of the UAE premises may ask us to transfer your data and information in their countries in such a scenario; their policies are supposed to state this fact.

Retention of Your Information

The retention of your personal information is dependent on our clients’ requests. Most of the time, we retain your data until the completion of a course, meeting, training, campaign, or project for which we have been asked to collect and process the data. To fulfill our clients’ requirements and ensure the relevancy of the stored data, we conduct the audit regularly. The demographics of our users and the data collected through the survey form are recorded permanently. The purpose of the stored data is to get better insights about our customers and understand marketing trends.

Similarly, when we act as a primary data controller, the data which we collect from the source of our website, the app, ChatBot, or support systems is retained based on our good interest.

Your Rights

Our users have complete authorization to stop us from using their data for any marketing purpose. For that, they may check certain boxes in the survey forms or any other forms that we use to collect data. They can also send us a request through an email regarding this matter.
